Pelvic floor training according to the BeBo® concept for:
- women and men
- Everyday life and sports
- Prevention, training and therapy
Pelvic floor training is the topic of the future. The days when pelvic floor training was equivalent to pregnancy or senior gymnastics are over. Men and active people also have a pelvic floor. This has many important tasks. For example, it contributes to the stabilization of the spine in addition to the continence assurance, it is essential in the hull training and thus contributes to a better power transmission and more performance in the sport.
The Dynair® Ballkissen® is part of the BeBo® Basic Training.
Exercises:
1. Basins move while sitting on the Dynair® Ballkissen®
Move the pelvis forwards and backwards or to the left and right and let it circle as well. The pelvic floor loves pelvic movements
2. Reverse of the body longitudinal axis as a balance exercise
Take upright posture on the seat cushion, slight inclination with stabilized longitudinal axis. Take off 1 leg and balance. Change page.
3. Reversal positions
Underlaying the pelvis with the seat cushion relieves the pressure on the pelvic floor. Breathless breathing and enjoying, possibly combining slight rocking movements.
