To be in equilibrium, to find balance is both prerequisite for and goal of a life of well-being and contentment. Those in equilibrium have created a good foundation, no matter if they set their goals in their profession, family or favourite sport.
The good news is: You can train your equilibrium. Balance training is also strength training. You don’t only train your ability to balance but, at the same time, also your muscles, which provide your flexibility and the stability of your joints. To strengthen the trunk and back muscles is decisive for your well-being and prevents backaches before they emerge. The respective training is less complicated and time-consuming than you think. With sports equipment such as the TOGU Jumper Pro (suitable for beginners as well as athletes and fitness professionals) you can reach this goal with simple exercises no matter where you happen to be.
Many small, delicate movements develop through the air charge of the Balance Trainer. Constant compensation transfers them to the body, in particular to the back muscles and spine.
Sensorimotor function is the basis for every training stimulus. The better one’s sensorimotor skills, the more precise each movement can be performed.
The impact will always be mutual: sensorimotor function and coordination are improved by movement learning, while the basic ability to control muscles and movements in the first place is built on sensorimotor training. Improved information processing in the nervous system, i.e. an improvement of the system itself, the targeted control of individual muscle fibres and the interplay of individual muscles, will in turn improve the required movement performance, muscle response, speed and the quality of movement.
Balance Training can influence the function of our complex nervous system.
