TOGU – the premium brand manufacturer of air-filled training and therapy equipment invites to the International TOGU Day on Saturday, June 16, 2018.
For the first time, it takes place in Frankfurt in the winter sports hall on the Otto-Flecks-Schneise.
Participants can expect exciting contributions from renowned speakers, who, in addition to providing the latest scientific knowledge, have made reference to the practice of various TOGU devices, such as the Jacaranda® and Aero-Step® One.
Due to the interesting mix of theory, practice, networking and exchange with the TOGU team, the International TOGU Day is an enrichment for all multipliers and professionals in the fields of health, sports, fitness, physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
The program starts at 10.30 am and runs until 4.00 pm. Drinks and snacks during the event are provided. Afterwards there will be a cozy “Come Together” with a delicious BBQ in the adjoining Lindner Hotel from about 4.30 pm.
Speakers and topics are this year:
Prof. Dr. Winfried Banzer, Dean of the Department of Psychology and Sports Science, presents the latest findings on research on the use of perturbation training in prevention and rehabilitation.
Dirk Hübel, Executive Director – Health & Fitness Academy, compares the two training principles PST and KKT in a direct comparison.
In the entertaining practice lesson you will also get to know the devices Aero-Step® One, Dynair® Ball Cushion® and TOGU® Brasil® better.
Gabi Fastner, state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher, introduces the new Jacaranda® Ball. True to the motto Rolling like a ball, there will be a gentle challenge for figure and health training here.

On the theme of mustiness for everyday life you will experience a lesson with the Redondo® Ball Plus and Balanza® Ballstep® Mini.
