Monday, September 7th is the start of a 4-week project focusing on your figure and health! Gabi Fastner will upload one training video to YouTube every day.
They will be a mix of endurance sessions, strengthening, figure shaping, energetic training and naturally also relaxation. Perfectly tailored to improving your health, figure and well-being.

People of any age can take part, as long as they are physically healthy!
Challenge yourself, but don’t overdo it! Gabi will show you how to make the exercises easier or harder. If you don’t feel well you can take a break at any time and then continue training at a later time.

Weekly training structure:
2 fat burner / cardio sessions of approx. 40 minutes each
4 body shaping / energetic training sessions of approx. 20 minutes each
1 relaxation session of approx. 20 minutes
