As a manufacturer, we assume a warranty of 30 years from the date of purchase for labeled products – in addition to the buyer’s statutory rights against the seller in case of defects. This warranty statement is only valid for end consumers, which means for private use.
* TOGU offers a 30 year warranty for selected products, which are marked by the 30 years guarantee logo in the catalogue. A guarantee card is included in each deliver of these products.
The warranty has the following content: Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge in the event of defects in material or workmanship. The warranty is available in all countries where this TOGU product is sold by authorized dealers.
Prerequisite for the rights under the guarantee is that you have registered yourself online at www.togu.de within three months from the date of purchase. The data provided must be complete and correct. To meet the deadline, timely registration is sufficient.
The following is excluded from the guarantee registration: Damage due to improper use, in particular due to non-observance of the instructions for use, normal wear and tear as well as defects that have only insignificant effects on the value or usability of the device. If, in the event of an exchange, the manufacture of the product has already ceased, we reserve the right to replace the product with an equivalent product.
In case of warranty, please return the product with proof of purchase within three months after discovery of the defect to TOGU GmbH, Atzinger Str. 1, 83209 Prien-Bachham, +49 (0) 8051/90 38 0; To meet the deadline the timely dispatch of the claimed product is sufficient. Due to Actisan’s 5 years limit of antibacterial efficiency, Actisan-equipped products are exempted from the 30-year warranty and cannot be registered.
German law applies to this 30-year warranty. Only the German language version applies.
