The autochthonous back muscles, which are stabilizing the spine, the muscles of the abdomen, the pelvic floor and the diaphragm can be trained by holding, moving and controlling the Jacaranda.
With its total weight of 400 grams and the free moving stainless steel balls inside, the Jacaranda is particularly easy on the joints during training and at the same challenges time many of our body senses.
Exercise for stabilization and balance
- Standing on one leg
- Hold the knee with one hand
- Pass the ball behind the body
Move the mass inside the Jacaranda ball on each side for about 20-30 seconds
